
HR Associate – Compensation and Benefits

SUMMARY:
Generally responsible for overseeing employee compensation and benefits with the alignment of all compensation systems to general conditions on the labor market as well to legal regulation ensuring that the compensation practices are being complied. Assist and liaises in all government and company initiated benefits administration.
QUALIFICATIONS
1. Degree in a program of study related to Human Resources or Business Administration, Associate's Degree or a combination of education and experience
2. At least 1 year experience working in benefits and administration liaising with government institutions.
3. Good oral, written and interpersonal skills.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES
1. Intermediate computer skills and experience
2. Knowledge of specific software and web-based systems related to benefits management.
3. With background in HR Compensation & Benefits Facet
4. Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
5. Can work with limited supervision and ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
6. Organizational skills
7. Knowledge of employee mandatory benefits
8. Exemplifies customer service skills
9. Responsible and result – oriented
10. Team player
