We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives for our Travel Account in Cebu. In this role, you will assist clients with travel-related inquiries, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, itinerary changes, and general customer support. You will be the frontline representative of a leading travel brand, ensuring smooth and memorable travel experiences for customers.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for travel, and the ability to handle customer concerns professionally. Whether you have experience in customer service, hospitality, or collections, your problem-solving skills and customer-first attitude will be valuable in this role. We provide comprehensive training to help you succeed in the travel industry, with opportunities for career growth within the company.

Qualifications:
  • At least a High School Graduate (old curriculum) or Senior High School (SHS) Graduate
  • Minimum 1 year of Customer Care Experience (CCE) OR 3 months of collection experience
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Basic computer navigation skills
  • Willing to work onsite in Cebu
  • Flexible with shifting schedules (including weekends/holidays)
