About the role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable
Accounts Payable Specialist
to manage the company's vendor payments and ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial transactions. This role plays a key part in maintaining strong supplier relationships and upholding financial integrity through effective internal controls and compliance.

We are looking for

  • Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy
  • 1 - 2 years of experience as an Accounts Payable Supervisor.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Familiarity in accounting software (experience with specific ERP Navision/Business Central is a plus).
  • Excellent data entry skills and a high level of accuracy.

What you'll be doing

  • Review and verify invoices for accuracy, completeness, and proper authorization before processing.
  • Ensure timely payments to vendors in accordance with agreed-upon terms and company policies.
  • Maintain positive relationships with suppliers by addressing inquiries and resolving payment issues promptly.
  • Adhere to internal financial policies and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Implement and maintain internal controls to prevent fraud and minimize errors in the accounts payable process.
  • Provide accurate and timely financial data related to accounts payable for internal reporting and audits.
