Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and processing all accounts payable transactions in compliance with our financial policies and procedures.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensure all incoming payments are processed accurately and in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Perform daily financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data.
  • Prepare and manage bills, invoices, and bank deposits efficiently.
  • Handle outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
  • Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted.
  • Verify and investigate discrepancies by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements.
  • Facilitate the payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting clients.
  • Generate detailed reports on the status of accounts payables.
  • Responsible for the reimbursement of petty cash for each department.
  • Manage liquidation and cash advance processes.

Qualifications:

  • Proven working experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist.
  • In-depth experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Graduate of BS degree in accounting or financial management.
