Qualifications

·       Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field

·       Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is highly preferred

·       Minimum of 5 years solid experience in accounting and finance functions, including general accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and compliance

·       Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting standards, tax regulations, and government compliance requirements

·       Proven leadership skills with experience in managing an accounting team

·       Detail-oriented, highly analytical, and able to provide accurate financial insights to support management decisions

·       Must be willing to report onsite at Ortigas, Pasig City

Responsibilities:

Manage all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and Counsel, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition

Coordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances

Prepare and publish timely monthly financial statements

Coordinate the preparation of regulatory reporting

Research technical accounting issues for compliance

Support month-end and year-end close process

Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting

Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings

Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls

  1. Weekly Financial reporting to the MANCOM, Quarterly Financial reporting to Board of Directors and Annual Financial reporting to the Shareholders.
