About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Treasury Head to partner with the CFO and drive the company's corporate treasury strategy, including fund-raising initiatives, cash flow management, and banking relations. This senior leadership role will play a crucial part in optimizing the company's capital structure, ensuring proper working capital requirements across business units, and maintaining strong lender and creditor relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cash management activities, including daily liquidity, credit facility monitoring, and CAPEX/project financing requirements.
  • Drive corporate-wide cash flow forecasting and oversee short-term cash placements and investments.
  • Ensure compliance with all loan covenants and reportorial requirements, supporting corporate borrowing activities.
  • Build and maintain strong banking and lender relations, acting as a key liaison with financial institutions and stakeholders.
  • Provide treasury and financial analysis to senior management, supporting decisions on capital structure and capital allocation.
  • Contribute to treasury-related policies, risk controls, and process improvements.
About You
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree a plus).
  • At least 10 years of finance or treasury-related experience, with strong exposure to corporate cash flow, borrowing, and investments.
  • Skilled in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
  • Excellent relationship management with bankers, lenders, and creditors.
  • Proficient in MS Office, with advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong business acumen, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
