1. Lead Management

  • Use leads provided directly by the Client (no independent sourcing required).
  • Accurately log, track, and update all leads in the designated system or tracker as instructed by the Client.

2. Candidate Pre-Screening

  • Conduct initial outreach via phone using the provided leads.
  • Administer the Client's pre-screening questionnaire to evaluate candidate suitability.
  • Maintain professionalism and consistency by adhering strictly to the Client's scripts and guidelines.

3. Candidate Endorsement

  • Summarize candidate responses and screening results in the required format.
  • Endorse qualified candidates for the next stage of recruitment as instructed by the Client.
  • Document reasons for non-progression for candidates who do not meet minimum qualifications.

4. Call Attempts and Follow-ups

  • Make up to three (3) call attempts per lead before marking as "Unsuccessful/Uncontactable."
  • Space out redials appropriately to improve contact success rates.

5. Reporting and Documentation

  • Submit daily or weekly reports
  • Ensure all trackers and systems are accurately updated to reflect call outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field
  • At least 1 year of experience in Recruitment
  • Willing to work onsite (BGC, Taguig or Quezon City)
  • Amenable to start immediately
