About the role

As the Recruitment Manager you will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's talent strategy and driving the recruitment of exceptional individuals to join our team. In this full-time position based in Quezon City, Metro Manila, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various departments
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening applications, conducting interviews, and making hiring recommendations
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process
  • Maintaining a robust candidate pipeline and sourcing qualified candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, and networking events
  • Conducting thorough candidate assessments, including skills tests and reference checks, to ensure the best fit for the role
  • Overseeing the onboarding and integration of new hires, ensuring a seamless transition and a positive employee experience
  • Continuously monitoring and improving recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
  • Providing regular reporting and analysis on recruitment metrics, trends, and insights to inform strategic decision-making

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to navigate complex hiring scenarios
  • Proficiency in sourcing and screening candidates using various tools and platforms
  • Familiarity with relevant labour laws and regulations
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work well in a team environment
