Job Summary

Outsourced Quality Assured Services is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and people-focused Recruitment Manager to lead a high-performing recruitment team. This full-time remote role (Philippines-based preferred) requires a balance of leadership, hands-on execution, and client collaboration. The Recruitment Manager will be responsible for overseeing the entire recruitment lifecycle, optimizing team performance, and ensuring alignment with international client expectations.

This role is critical in shaping the quality, speed, and success of hiring outcomes across global markets. You will report directly to the Recruitment Director and collaborate cross-functionally to drive recruitment excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters and sourcing specialists
  • Manage and optimize recruitment strategies across APAC, EMEA, and North America
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, from intake through onboarding
  • Monitor and track performance through SLAs and recruitment KPIs
  • Conduct weekly check-ins, calibration meetings, and continuous training for team development
  • Collaborate with the Recruitment Director to align hiring outcomes with strategic business objectives
  • Handle high-level client escalations, ensuring service quality and satisfaction
  • Implement improvements in recruitment workflows, tools, and documentation standards

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment leadership, ideally in an agency or BPO setting
  • Experience managing recruitment teams across multiple regions and time zones
  • Demonstrated success in hiring for both technical and non-technical roles
  • Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing abilities
  • Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as JobAdder and HubSpot
  • Strategic thinker with strong decision-making and influencing skills
  • Adaptable to shifting priorities and thrives in a fast-paced environment
