We are seeking five (5) highly motivated Freelance Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) for a high-priority, fast-paced project with an innovative B2B startup.

This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of introducing a cutting-edge energy solution to the market. This startup's product helps Small to Medium Enterprises (SMEs) significantly reduce their electricity costs.

Your Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation

  • Conduct targeted B2B cold outreach (via email, calls, or other channels) to a high volume of prospects.
  • Identify and engage key decision-makers within SMEs and electronic/sensor distribution companies.
  • Clearly articulate the core value proposition of the startup's energy-saving solution.

2. Appointment Setting

  • Successfully book qualified sales appointments for the startup's senior sales team, who will handle the full product demonstration and closing.
  • Achieve a fundamental understanding of the product (orientation will be provided).

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in sales development, appointment setting, or B2B cold outreach.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a remote setting.
  • A quick learner, capable of grasping new product fundamentals.
  • Fresh Graduates are open to apply

Work Details

  • Workload: Part-time, 20 hours per week (structured as 4 hours per day, 5 days per week).
  • Day 1 - Orientation in Makati
  • Day 2 onwards - Remote work
  • Starting monthly salary: 15,000 (based on skills & experience)

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Fresh graduate

Contract length: 1 month

Pay: From Php15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 4 per week
