About the Role:
We are hiring a
Business Development Representative (BDR)
to join our growing sales and patient engagement team. This is a full-time remote role for candidates based in
the Philippines
, with a fixed monthly compensation of
$500
. The selected candidate will work
9 AM – 6 PM CST
.
The BDR will play a critical role in generating new business opportunities, scheduling patient appointments, and conducting outbound outreach to prospects. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound outreach to potential clients and patients via calls, emails, or messages.
- Schedule appointments with patients or clients accurately and efficiently.
- Qualify leads and communicate effectively with prospects to generate interest.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach, scheduled appointments, and follow-ups in CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the sales and clinical teams to ensure seamless patient engagement.
- Research and understand potential clients' or patients' needs to tailor messaging effectively.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly outreach and scheduling targets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, patient engagement, or lead generation (B2B or healthcare preferred).
- Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Comfortable making outbound calls and scheduling appointments.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet targets.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, MS Office, Google Workspace, and online research tools.
- Strong interpersonal, organization, and persuasion skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a positive and professional attitude.
