About the Role

We're looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Ecommerce team. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of engaging potential clients, introducing them to our innovative telecommunications solutions, and creating new business opportunities. While your primary focus is hunting for new revenue, you'll also support account management tasks to ensure strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities
Prospecting & Lead Generation
  • Research and identify potential clients within target markets.
  • Initiate outreach through cold calls, emails, and social media.
Lead Qualification
  • Qualify leads using defined frameworks before handing them off to Sales.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline to meet and exceed targets.
Relationship Building
  • Understand prospect needs and articulate tailored solutions.
  • Nurture leads through the sales funnel with consistent follow-ups.
Account Management Support
  • Assist with administrative and operational needs for existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Reporting & CRM Management
  • Track all activities, leads, and opportunities using CRM tools.
  • Provide regular updates and performance reports.

Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of outbound sales, business development, or lead generation experience.
  • Experience in telecommunications or technology is a strong advantage.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Proficient in sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRMs.
  • Strong understanding of prospecting techniques and lead qualification.
  • A hunter mindset with passion for generating new opportunities.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks.
