We are seeking a creative, organized, and digitally savvy Content & Social Media Specialist to lead the development of engaging content, manage our online presence, and optimize our brand's visibility across digital platforms. The ideal candidate is experienced in content planning, video editing, social media management, and Facebook Ads

Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation & Planning

  • Generate creative content ideas aligned with the brand's voice and marketing objectives.
  • Develop content calendars and schedules for shoots, editing, and uploading.
  • Collaborate with the graphic artist to ensure visual assets match the content strategy.
  • Coordinate and supervise the production process including planning shoots, content briefs, and timelines.

2. Video Editing

  • Edit videos for social media platforms (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Ensure high-quality output with engaging visuals, transitions, and effects.
  • Optimize videos for specific platforms and audience engagement.

3. Social Media Management

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the company's social media accounts.
  • Schedule, upload, and monitor posts based on content calendar.
  • Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and build online community presence.
  • Analyze performance metrics and create reports to track growth and engagement.

4. Facebook Ads Handling

  • Create, manage, and monitor Facebook Ads campaigns.
  • Set audience targeting, budget, and objectives based on campaign goals.
  • Track ad performance and make data-driven optimizations.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience at least one year straight in content creation and social media management.
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g. Adobe Premier, CapCut, etc).
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and analytics.
  • Hands-on experience running Facebook Ads and using Meta Business Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php21, Php23,000.00 per month
