The Social Media Specialist is responsible for building paid social media plans and providing support to our clients and internal teams, including setting up and managing campaigns, optimizing performance, handling new platforms and tools, generating reports, and troubleshooting issues.

What you will do:

  • Set up and launch paid social media campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok based on client goals.
  • Build media plans and recommend the best ad formats, audience targeting, and budget allocation.
  • Monitor live campaigns and make data-driven optimizations to improve performance and results.
  • Troubleshoot any campaign issues and ensure proper tracking and implementation of ads.
  • Create performance reports with key insights and suggestions for future campaigns.
  • Work closely with internal teams like creative, data, and account managers to align campaign strategies.
  • Manage campaign-related support and communication through email or other tools
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience managing paid social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and other social ad platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of campaign tracking, performance metrics, and optimization techniques.
  • Comfortable using tools like Google Sheets/Excel for reports and campaign monitoring.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns at once.
  • Must be willing to work on a night shift
