We are expanding into retail and trade channels and building a small but growing wholesale and trade program. We're seeking a Wholesale & Trade Partnerships Coordinator to help establish this foundation—focusing on outreach, relationship-building, and smooth coordination with boutiques, interior designers, and hospitality partners.

Who You Are

You are detail-oriented, personable, and proactive. You enjoy connecting with buyers, managing communication threads, and turning creative ideas into real partnerships. You understand how growth starts small and are comfortable working in a developing, hands-on environment where structure is still being built. You know interior design and love everything design (architecture, interiors..).

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and reach out to potential wholesale and trade partners (boutiques, interior designers, hotels).
  • Maintain and update wholesale catalogs, line sheets, and price lists.
  • Track communication, inquiries, and orders in shared spreadsheets or CRM tools.
  • Coordinate with the BD and logistics teams to ensure smooth partner onboarding and fulfillment.
  • Support sample coordination, trade-focused campaigns, or small-scale events.
  • Document outreach activities and maintain an organized pipeline of potential accounts.
  • Collaborate with the BD & Marketing teams to highlight partnerships and trade stories.

What Success Looks Like

  • Consistent outreach and growing network of boutique and trade partners.
  • Clear, professional, and timely communication with all partners.
  • Organized records and up-to-date catalogs for BD and marketing use.
  • Reliable coordination between BD, logistics, and marketing teams.

Qualifications (Hard Requirements)

  • 1–3 years of experience in wholesale, trade, B2B coordination, retail account support, or interior design partnerships.
  • Strong written and spoken English, comfortable in professional correspondence.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Reliable internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps).
  • Based in the Philippines (Metro Manila, Cebu, or Davao preferred).
  • Available for at least 20–30 hours per week (if part-time).

Preferred but not required:

  • Experience with Shopify, Faire, or similar wholesale platforms.
  • Familiarity with home décor, lifestyle, or textile brands.
  • Understanding of B2B pricing, trade terms, and order management processes.

Compensation & Benefits

  • ₱25,000–₱50,000/month depending on experience and hours.
  • Internet allowance and flexible schedule.

  • Growth path toward Wholesale & Trade Partnerships Specialist or Manager.
