About the role

As an Example Sales Associate at standx trade corporation', you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional customer experience within our retail store located in Santa Cruz Manila City Metro Manila. Working as part of a vibrant and committed team, you will be responsible for assisting customers, maintaining store presentation, and contributing to the overall success of the business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Providing friendly and attentive customer service, ensuring customers' needs are met
  2. Assisting customers with product selection, demonstrations, and purchases
  3. Maintaining store displays, shelves, and inventory to create an inviting shopping environment
  4. Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  5. Staying up-to-date with product knowledge to provide informed recommendations
  6. Contributing to a positive team culture and supporting your colleagues as needed

  1. Excellent customer service skills and a genuine passion for helping others
