The 
Talent Acquisition Specialist
 will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent for the organization. By collaborating with hiring managers, understanding job requirements, and implementing creative sourcing strategies, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process. This role ensures that each candidate receives a seamless and positive experience while maintaining the highest standards in sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.

Duties & Responsibilities:

1) End-to-End Recruitment

  • Guide Candidates through the Hiring Process
    : Manage the candidate journey from initial contact to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive, engaging, and transparent experience.
  • Conduct Interviews
    : Evaluate candidates through in-person and virtual interviews, assessing skills, experience, and cultural fit. Collect key candidate details and other relevant factors to assess alignment with job requirements.
  • Manage Department & Final Interviews:
     Coordinate and schedule applicant interviews with hiring managers and executives.

2) Sourcing and Employer Branding

  • Creative Sourcing
    : Develop and implement tailor-fitted sourcing strategies to find both active and passive candidates through platforms like LinkedIn, Job Street, Indeed, and more.
  • Promote Company Brand
    : Advocate the company's values and culture through various employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier talent.
  • Create Engaging Job Posts
    : Craft compelling job postings that resonate with candidates while highlighting the company's benefits and culture.

3) Stakeholder Collaboration & Candidate Relationship Management

  • Partner with Hiring Managers
    : Collaborate closely with hiring managers to fully understand staffing needs, refine job requirements, and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Clear Communication
    : Build and maintain strong, transparent relationships with candidates, addressing any concerns and ensuring they are informed at every stage.
  • Feedback Loop
    : Provide candidates with timely feedback and ensure any questions or concerns are resolved efficiently.

4) Data, Reporting & Compliance

  • Hiring Activity Reports
    : Regularly track and report on recruitment progress, identifying trends and areas for improvement within your assigned business units.
  • Ensure Compliance
    : Adhere to employment laws and company policies in all recruitment activities, ensuring ethical and fair hiring practices.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Educational Background
    : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience
    : Must have at least 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with a solid understanding of the recruitment lifecycle and candidate management in a corporate setting.
  • Technical Skills
    :

1) Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

2) Familiarity with Canva and other similar software is a plus

3) Experience in using in HRIS and ATS is a plus

  • Skills
    :

1) Experience with different sourcing platforms and recruitment best practices.

2) Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

3) Self-driven and focused in achieving objectives and outcomes.

Onsite, Makati Office

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday 8:30 AM - 5:30 AM
