Facilities Technician

Taguig, National Capital Region, Philippines ALLDIGI TECH MANILA, INC. (AMI) Full time ₱250,000 - ₱500,000 per year

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Utilities, Maintenance and Equipment Management

-ATS/UPS/Generator Monitoring -provide detailed readings, check up of critical equipments to be presented in data base form and to be submitted on a monthly basis.

-AHU Monitoring - Provide detailed report on status of equipment based on usage, downtime and repairs

-On site Facilities Repairs and Maintenance data base- provide list of items which were damaged and repaired due to breakage or accidental damage that will be provided on a monthly basis

Administration

-Inventory and Data Base - For facilities and Admin consumables (e.g. fluorescent bulbs, Office supplies, etc.) provide updated data based on monthly consumption basis.

-Power Meter Reading - Provide detailed readings of companies usage through Mall's power meter base on a monthly basis.

Equipment Asset Management

-Warranties and Claims - provide records and plot date of expiration on calendar to remind of end date of warranty. Set procedures and process on how to claim warranty in case of equipment failure

-Asset Tagging provide tagging on all equipment for both old and newly acquired units. Create and design code which will be used based on the specification of the equipment and use it as reference

-Asset Management provide updated data base on a monthly basis.

Power Management

-Schedule Equipment Scheme (Energy Conservation program) - Implementation and provide monitoring schedule plan which aims to decrease power consumption. Schedule plan to be provided on a monthly basis and will be verified through electrical bill that will be forwarded by MM Admin

-Equipment Power Consumption - Data Base Provide data base which will show increase/decrease of consumption on a daily basis and to be presented on monthly review to Department Head.

Perform Other Duties as required

Qualifications:

  • College Graduate (in any field)
  • Required language(s): English/Tagalog
  • At least 6 months to a year of working experience in the related field is preferred for this position
  • Must be willing to WORK ON-SITE
  • Can start as soon as possible
