About the role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Multi Skilled Technician to join our team at Polystar General Services Inc. in Taguig City, Metro Manila. As a full-time technician, you will be responsible for providing general facilities management and maintenance services across our various properties.

What you'll be doing

  • Perform a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on building systems and equipment
  • Respond promptly to service requests and troubleshoot issues to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
  • Collaborate with the facilities management team to identify and implement efficiency improvements
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

  • Strong working knowledge of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general building maintenance
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
  • Proficiency in using maintenance-related tools and equipment
  • Relevant technical qualifications or certifications are desirable
