Job Summary

We are looking for a dependable Facilities Technician to help maintain and support the daily operation of our building and equipment. This role includes general maintenance, repairs, inspections, and responding to facility-related requests.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic maintenance and repairs on building systems
• Complete routine inspections of facility areas and equipment
• Respond to work orders and maintenance requests
• Assist with minor electrical, plumbing, and mechanical tasks
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized
• Support setup, moves, and general facility needs
• Report any issues or safety concerns to management

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• General maintenance or handyman experience preferred
• Ability to perform physical tasks and lift up to 50 lbs
• Basic knowledge of tools, equipment, and safety practices
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
