About the role

Polystar General Services Inc.' is seeking a versatile Technician to join our team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. As a Multi-Skilled Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities and equipment. This full-time position is an integral part of our Trades & Services team and requires a diverse skill set to handle a wide range of tasks.

What you'll be doing

  1. Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on various equipment and systems
  2. Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, and implement appropriate solutions
  3. Conduct routine inspections and identify potential problems to proactively address them
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure efficient coordination of maintenance activities
  5. Document all work performed and maintain detailed records
  6. Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment
  7. Participate in continuous learning and training to stay up-to-date with industry developments

What we're looking for

  1. Proven experience as a Multi-Skilled Technician or in a similar role
  2. Proficient in the maintenance and repair of various equipment and systems
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively troubleshoot and devise solutions
  4. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  5. Good communication skills to liaise with colleagues and stakeholders
  6. Willingness to undergo additional training and professional development
  7. Certification or training in relevant technical disciplines is preferred
