Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable Building Technician to perform general maintenance and keep our building safe, clean, and functional.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs (e.g., plumbing, electrical, painting, carpentry).
  • Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot facility issues.
  • Assist with preventive maintenance and basic building‐system checks (e.g., HVAC, lighting, common areas).
  • Maintain tools and supplies, and keep records of repairs and maintenance work.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience or familiarity with general building maintenance tasks, and the ability to use hand/power tools.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in building maintenance or related field.
  • Physically able to lift/move equipment and work in varied conditions (e.g., climbing ladders, confined spaces).
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to respond to maintenance requests or emergencies as needed.
