Key Responsibilities:

  • In charge of overall facilities maintenance of head office, warehouses, & showrooms
  • Address troubleshooting ,repairs ,pest control on all sites
  • Coordination with contractors for works & scheduling
  • Project Planning, Monitoring, & Completion. Including project presentation for approval by the owners
  • Sourcing of supplier/s for projects & repairs
  • Permit processing for Bureau of Fire Protection
  • Supervision & scheduling of technicians
  • Construction committee member to specialize in MEPFS
  • Reviewing of plan to comply with the building code, property management guidelines and FGI standards
  • CCTV installation and repair
  • Coordinate w/ contractor or OSM suppliers regarding technical punch list to be addressed with the Mall Administration/Engineering
  • Purchasing of engineering tools and supplies needed for maintenance works
  • Inventory of all engineering tools and equipment

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Electrical or Mechanical Engineer
  • With at least 3 years of experience in facilities maintenance specializing in MEPFS working locally
  • Can handle multiple sites
