Education:

The Multi-skilled Lead Technician is responsible for leading and performing a wide range of maintenance, repair, and technical support activities involving electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and building systems. This role ensures that all equipment and facilities operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company standards. The Lead Technician also supervises and guides a team of technicians to deliver high-quality maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, coordinate, and support daily maintenance operations and technician activities.
  • Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment, machinery, and facility systems to minimize downtime.
  • Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment or systems.
  • Maintain records of maintenance activities, spare parts inventory, and equipment performance.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and local regulations.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities and identify areas for improvement.
  • Train and mentor junior technicians to enhance their technical skills and work efficiency.
  • Coordinate with external contractors or vendors when specialized services are required.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Vocational or Technical Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Technology.

Experience:

  • At least 1–3 years of experience in maintenance, facilities, Electrical, Aircon or engineering operations, with 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead role.

Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical equipment, and building management systems (BMS).
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
  • Proficient in using diagnostic tools and maintenance software.

Other Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Willing to work flexible hours or on-call shifts when necessary.

Salary Rate: ₱870 per day

Allowance: ₱1,000 monthly allowance

Schedule: Morning, Mid, or Night Shift (Shifting Schedule)
