What we expect from you:

  • International background/experience preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience with a proven track record
  • Have a team-player mindset with a hands-on approach and comms skills
  • Ability to do quantitative and qualitative research, analyze and synthesize data
  • Ability to execute market & industry research,, identify early-stage business opportunities and understand imminent disruptions
  • Experience with defining business model, sizing the market and calculating business models for early-stage ideas
  • Good project management & coordination skills (Asana, Trelo or other management tool)

Skills and experience that would be an advantage:

  • Experienced in corporate innovation or start-up processes methodology (Lean Startup, Design Thinking), business model innovations, other
  • Previous experience with research/development of loyalty programmes
  • Background in product prototyping and testing
  • Entrepreneurial and to-do mindset, experience from leading projects

Hiring process:

  • Interview with hiring manager
  • Bootcamp (1 day spent with your potential team – we want to see how you work and we are looking forward to hearing your questions about Creative Dock)
