Accounts Manager
to lead client partnerships, oversee campaign execution, and contribute to the agency's continued success.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Build Relationships
    – Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring their goals are met through strategic recommendations and seamless communication.
  • Drive Execution
    – Oversee projects from start to finish, collaborating with internal teams to deliver campaigns on time, within budget, and aligned with client objectives.
  • Lead Growth
    – Achieve business development targets, identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling, and mentor junior team members to foster high performance and collaboration.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Proven experience in account management, client servicing, or a related role in a marketing/advertising agency.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and priorities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A strategic mindset with a track record of meeting business development targets and quotas.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and inspire a team.
