About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance. This role requires not only strong technical expertise in quality systems but also knowledge and experience in product and business development, flexographic processes, and labels technology.

Job Description:

He / She is responsible for executing the incoming and outgoing control of all materials of the plant as well implement internal processes such as but not limited to GC and HPLC analysis, in-process quality checks and preparation of quality-related documents.

Conduct product testing, inspection, and validation to ensure compliance with quality standards.

Ensure continuous improvement in quality systems, processes, and standards.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Chemistry, Chemical Engineering
  • PRC license/ certification is an advantage
  • Work experience of at least one (1) year in Quality Assurance in a packaging industry is an advantage
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience in Flexographic Printing and Labels Technology will be an advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in quality management tools, statistical analysis, and reporting
  • Proficient in English communication skills (oral & written) and collaboration skills
  • Proficient in MS office applications
  • Reliable, results oriented and has keen attention to details

Supervisory level may be offered depending on candidate's work experience/ qualification. However, fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
