The 
Sr. Electrical Engineer
will lead and oversee all electrical construction activities, ensuring projects are executed safely, on time, and within budget. The role manages design validation, quality control, and commissioning while providing technical guidance, contractor oversight, and team leadership to ensure compliance with standards and project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all electrical construction works, including substations, mill equipment, WTP, and auxiliary buildings, ensuring quality, safety, and schedule compliance.
  • Manage quality control, inspections, and commissioning activities across all electrical scopes.
  • Review and validate design drawings, material take-offs, and bills of materials for accuracy and cost efficiency.
  • Supervise site inspections, audits, and readiness checks for commissioning and handover.
  • Resolve complex engineering and technical issues, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Lead quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives from design to post-construction.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers to align project priorities and resources.
  • Provide field engineering support, layout reviews, and construction oversight.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers to enhance technical capability and performance.
  • Represent the electrical discipline in project meetings and coordination activities.
  • Perform other related duties as needed to ensure project success.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Electrical Engineering.
  • Licensed Electrical Engineer preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction management, including contractor supervision and staff management.
  • Willing to be assigned in Lemery, Batangas.
  • Employment Status: Project-based Employment Contract
