Job Summary:

We are in need of a Licensed Electrical Engineer with experience in both Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) and Quantity Surveying (QS) for our ongoing and upcoming projects in the Philippines.

Duties and Responsibilities:

QA/QC:

  • Conduct quality inspections of electrical works on-site
  • Prepare and implement Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs)
  • Ensure compliance with the Philippine Electrical Code (PEC) and project specifications
  • Maintain QA/QC documentation and generate regular reports
  • Coordinate with site supervisors, engineers, and clients for approvals and inspections

QS:

  • Prepare and review Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and project estimates
  • Analyze project plans for accurate quantity and cost computations
  • Monitor project expenses and support in budget management
  • Assist in preparing progress billings, variation orders, and final accounts

Qualifications:
  • Licensed Electrical Engineer (REE)
  • With experience in QA/QC and Quantity Surveying (QS)
  • Familiar with PEC, local safety standards, and QA/QC procedures
  • Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimating software
  • Willing to be assigned to project sites
