Role Overview
We're looking for a flexible, creative, and highly organized Executive Virtual Assistant to provide both administrative and creative support in managing daily operations, outreach campaigns, and content initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who can take ownership of projects, think proactively, and contribute ideas to help elevate the brand's presence and impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct targeted research and compile organized lists of bookstores, churches, and venues in specific cities for outreach and event coordination.
  • Design and create engaging graphic materials using Canva (or similar tools) that align with the brand's aesthetic and message.
  • Manage scheduling and calendar coordination, ensuring smooth planning of meetings, deadlines, and event timelines.
  • Execute email outreach campaigns to churches and community partners using provided templates and custom strategic pitches.
  • Support content creation and marketing efforts for newsletters, social media, and event promotions.
  • Perform general administrative tasks, maintaining organization across projects and deliverables.
  • Manage and update systems such as SharePoint or other organizational tools to track progress and streamline workflow.
  • Assist in event planning and logistics, ensuring excellence in preparation and execution.
  • Communicate professionally via email, demonstrating initiative and reliability with minimal supervision.
  • Collaborate closely with the client to support strategic growth initiatives and business transformation goals.
Requirements
  • Proven experience providing administrative and creative support to entrepreneurs or small businesses.
  • Proficiency in Canva or other design platforms with an eye for clean, faith-aligned aesthetics.
  • Strong research and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written communication skills and experience crafting professional outreach emails.
  • Familiarity with tools like SharePoint, Google Workspace, or CRM systems for task and data management.
  • Ability to work independently, think critically, and adapt to changing needs.
  • Comfortable working remotely with flexible hours while meeting deadlines.
  • A genuine interest in supporting faith-based initiatives, community outreach, and Christian values.
