We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to provide remote support for an insurance brokerage. The main focus of this role is managing the renewal and re-marketing process for existing home and auto insurance clients, while also handling service requests and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

This position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-driven, and comfortable working independently.

Job duties and responsibilities include the following:

  • Manage the re-marketing process for existing client accounts (auto and home) by:

  • Pulling current policy information.

  • Quoting across multiple carriers.

  • Compiling optimized coverage/pricing options.

  • Providing clear recommendations for review.

  • Process routine service requests, including:

  • Certificates of insurance.

  • Cancellation notices.

  • Mortgagee/lienholder changes.

  • Communicate professionally with clients and carriers (primarily via email).

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the agency management system.

  • Provide administrative support to agency leadership as needed.

  • Contribute to a client-first culture by delivering exceptional service and follow-through.

Qualifications

  • Experience in insurance, customer service, or administrative support preferred but not required.

  • Familiarity with insurance management systems (Applied, AMS, HawkSoft, etc.) is a plus.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently in a remote setting.

  • Fast learner, able to follow structured processes and SOPs.
