Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR) to provide remote support for an insurance brokerage. The main focus of this role is managing the renewal and re-marketing process for existing home and auto insurance clients, while also handling service requests and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
This position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-driven, and comfortable working independently.

Job duties and responsibilities include the following:
Manage the re-marketing process for existing client accounts (auto and home) by:
Pulling current policy information.
Quoting across multiple carriers.
Compiling optimized coverage/pricing options.
Providing clear recommendations for review.
Process routine service requests, including:
Certificates of insurance.
Cancellation notices.
Mortgagee/lienholder changes.
Communicate professionally with clients and carriers (primarily via email).
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the agency management system.
Provide administrative support to agency leadership as needed.
Contribute to a client-first culture by delivering exceptional service and follow-through.
Qualifications
Experience in insurance, customer service, or administrative support preferred but not required.
Familiarity with insurance management systems (Applied, AMS, HawkSoft, etc.) is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently in a remote setting.
Fast learner, able to follow structured processes and SOPs.
