
Sales Support Assistant – CRM and Lead Generation Specialist

Kalibrate-Ed is looking for a part-time Sales Support Assistant to take ownership of the tactical sales admin and lead generation tasks that keep our pipeline moving. This role is remote, structured, and detail-heavy — perfect for someone who is methodical, disciplined, and keen to grow into a permanent full-time role.
What You'll Do Day-to-Day
You'll be working directly with our Sales, Operations and Delivery team to keep the engine running.
Core responsibilities include:
CRM & Reporting
- Update, clean and maintain CRM records daily.
- Process and tag new leads correctly.
- Update the Outreach Daily Numbers sheet and form submission with accurate data (30–50 outreach entries/day).
- Prepare weekly lead and campaign reports in Excel for review.
Lead Generation
- Research schools and contacts (using LinkedIn, websites, and databases).
- Populate and maintain the Outreach Sheet with accurate details.
- Manage inbound registrations from campaigns, events, and resources.
- Conduct keyword searches to refresh old contacts and flag outreach opportunities.
Marketing - Campaign & Admin Support
- Assist in processing registrations for events/resources.
- Support Sponsored Group post scheduling and back of house community engagement tasks.
- Monitor and flag enquiries from email and socials for the Sales team to action.
- Keep SOPs up to date as processes evolve.
Who We're Looking For
- Accurate & detail-driven: You notice mistakes and fix them before they become a problem.
- Tech-savvy: Comfortable using Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Teams), CRM and Marketing platforms. You'll need to create clear reports and navigate multiple systems.
- Structured & reliable: You like working to routine and can be counted on to follow through.
- Proactive but grounded: You won't just wait to be told — you'll flag issues, suggest fixes, and get on with the work.
- Team player: You're supporting the sales function, so you must be responsive and collaborative.
Essentials
- 3+ years' experience in sales support, CRM/data admin, or lead generation.
- Competence in Excel reporting and CRM management (daily updates, data hygiene).
- Clear written and spoken English (you'll be updating records and corresponding with the team).
- Proven reliability in remote work.
What We Offer
- Compensation: A$5–7/hour.
- Hours: Part-time to start (10–15 hrs/week), with the opportunity to grow into a permanent full-time role based on performance.

Pay: Php Php269.28 per hour
