The Opportunity

As a Non Voice - Call Center Agent at 3 PLEX INTERNATIONAL INC', you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. In this full-time position based in Ortigas Pasig City Metro Manila, you will be responsible for handling a variety of non-voice customer inquiries and queries, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience for our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and requests via email, chat, or other non-voice channels
  • Provide accurate information and efficient solutions to address customer concerns
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow-up actions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
