About the role

As a CSR - No Mock Call - Non Voice at 3 PLEX INTERNATIONAL INC', you will be part of a dedicated team providing excellent customer service through non-voice interactions. This full-time role is based in Ugong Pasig City Metro Manila, offering flexibility and a supportive work environment.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and requests via email, chat, and other non-voice communication channels
  2. Provide accurate and timely information to customers to resolve their queries
  3. Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for further assistance
  4. Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions
  5. Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures

  1. Excellent written communication skills and the ability to provide clear, concise and empathetic responses
  2. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to effectively handle customer inquiries
  3. Proficiency in using various customer service software and tools
  4. Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call centre or similar environment
  5. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing priorities
  6. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and a genuine interest in helping others
