Job Description

Join our team as a Customer Service Representative (Non-Voice)

You'll provide assistance to customers via chat or email, delivering excellent service and resolving concerns efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries through non-voice channels (chat/email)
  • Deliver accurate, clear, and timely responses
  • Maintain customer records and documentation
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet service standards

Qualifications

  • No prior experience required — training will be provided
  • Must have good English communication skills
  • At least High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate
  • Willing to work onsite in Taguig City and on a night shift
