Job Description:
- Overseeing the maintenance, safety, and management of the Norfolk (Utility Bldg 1) and the Pinewood (Utility Bldg 2).
- Ensures that the building is functional, secure, and complies with BCC and regulations standards.
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of Civil/Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
- Experience in facilities management, building supervision, property management, or maintenance operations is an advantage.
- Familiar with building maintenance procedures, building codes, health and safety regulations/protocols.
- With strong administrative skills.
- With very good interpersonal and communication skills.
