Purpose of the Role

As the Branch Support Specialist, your role is to assist the region expands the core business of Allianz PNB Life. You are responsible for the policy-related transactions, providing administrative support and service, product information, and solution to issues and relevant details to walk-in customers, sales force and bank partners, recruitment, reports and analytic, licensing and training including proper monitoring of manpower activation, submissions and issuance and sales related support.

Responsibilities of the Role

  1. Pre-screening / Monitoring of applications and pending requirements

  2. Monitors all New Business applications submitted by the in-termediaries and follow up pending requirements within the specified TAT

  3. Assists/guides AGENTS/FAs in completing the applications. Assist the AGENTS/FAs on appropriate routine underwriting requirements applicable to the application for life insurance
  4. Report/escalate delays in processing of documents and identify areas for improvement
  5. Provide distributor information assistance on product description, business conservation and use of digital assets
  6. Improve distributor experience through business collaboration with different DM units i.e. Recruitment, Reports and Analytics, Licensing and Training

  7. Receiving / Processing after sales policy transactions for financial and non-financial impact/changes

  8. Receives inquiry or request for financial changes on policy. Evaluates request and ensures that supporting documents are submitted and proper validation is secured

  10. Submits the petty cash fund replenishment & liquidation report on a periodical basis
  11. Perform monthly inventory of office supplies & equipment and notify Head Office for any incidents that may affect the business and personnels in the RBC.

  12. Compliance, Data Privacy, and Information Security requirements

  13. Ensures compliance to the agreed operational standards, Payment guidelines, AML, KYC, Risk Management, audit requirements, etc.

  14. Ensures proper (transaction documentation) processing of Company data and information (by following) in accordance with the Company's data privacy and information security protocols including but not limited to (data / information) assessment, tracking, reporting, and archiving of clients and employees' data or information.
  15. Ensures attendance and/or completion of training programs on Compliance, Data Privacy, Information Security, and other related areas. (e.g., Security Arena, Data Privacy On-boarding and Re-fresher courses, AMLA, etc.)

Requirements for the Role

  1. Degree in Business Administration and/or Allied professions

  2. Work experience in Insurance, Bancassurance in the following areas:

  4. Product Knowledge
  5. Training, Licensing & Agency

Preferred but not Required

  • Excellent written & communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledgeable in MS word, excel & powerpoint
  • Goal oriented and results driven
  • Flexible/ willing to adapt to changes
  • People/Client-oriented
  • Experience with AI-driven adaptive learning technologies and data analysis for personalized training.
  • Proficiency in using AI tools for content recommendation, automated assessment, and feedback.
