Aftermarket Sales Specialist and Coordinator
Job Description:

Vehicle Delivery & Coordination:

  • Coordinate and schedule used vehicle deliveries with customers.
  • Verify completion of all required documentation prior to delivery.
  • Generate Roadside Assistance policies for customers.
  • Ensure customers have their insurance organised (If not finance can quote).
  • Update and manage the delivery calendar to ensure 100% visibility to Sales and Finance.

Aftermarket Product Sales:

  • Present and sell aftermarket products including:
  • Window tint
  • Paint protection / ceramic coating
  • Dash Cameras / Electronic Rust Protection
  • Extended service contracts and warranties (AWN, Clipped Assist)
  • Educate customers on the value, benefits, and coverage of each product.
  • Achieve individual and dealership aftermarket sales goals.

Customer Experience:

  • Deliver a professional, high-quality customer experience.
  • Address customer questions and concerns before and after delivery.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and product understanding.

Administrative & Internal Communication:

  • Work closely with Sales and Finance departments.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries and aftermarket sales in Saleslogs.
  • Check rego transfers and processing of deal packs has been completed.
  • Ensure compliance with dealership policies and legal requirements.
  • Organise refunds for customers as required.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in automotive sales, aftermarket sales, or sales coordination.
  • Proficiency in using CRM or dealership management systems (e.g., Saleslogs).
  • Knowledge of automotive aftermarket products (e.g., warranties and service contracts).
  • Understanding of dealership policies, legal requirements, and compliance standards.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with Sales, Finance, and other internal departments to ensure smooth delivery and sales workflows.
  • Strong attention to detail; ensuring accurate completion of documentation and processes.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills in a fast-paced dealership environment.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
