Role & Responsibility:

  • Offers safety solutions that improve comfort while helping companies boost compliance, including personal protective equipment for your head, eyes, hearing, respiratory, hands, body and foot.
  • Plans, markets and develops new account and meet sales target. Develop a thorough understanding of the safety products you're selling, including features, benefits, and applications.
  • Constantly engages with brands to set marketing and sales plans
  • Conducts on-site visit to promote the safety solution of the company
  • Creates constant communication with the customers via call and email
  • Manages the end-to-end sales process for B2B customers
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Provides weekly report to the management

Candidate Requirement:

  • Educational Background: Any bachelor's degree but a graduate of engineering field is a plus
  • Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of sales experience preferably in the field of workplace safety and personal protection.
  • Familiarity with relevant safety regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Has a technical knowledge on the personal protective equipment products
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with clients and presenting information.
  • The ability to build rapport, address concerns, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Understanding sales processes, techniques, and strategies.
  • The ability to identify and address safety issues and concerns.
  • Ability to negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • The ability to overcome challenges and achieve sales goals.
  • Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records
  • Can create his/her own marketing plan and materials
  • Has HSE certifications is a plus factor
