Role & Responsibility:
- Offers industrial solutions to any company that focuses on manufacture and application of MRO, electronics, pneumatics, and automation.
- Plans, markets and develops new account and meet sales target. Develop a thorough understanding of the industrial products you're selling, including features, benefits, and applications.
- Constantly engages with brands and vendors to set marketing and sales plans
- Conducts on-site visit to promote the cleanroom solution of the company
- Qualifies existing and prospective clients, set appointments, conduct effective cold and sales calls, constant following up on leads and manages the sales cycle to closure.
- Manages the end-to-end sales process for B2B customers
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Provides weekly report to the management
Candidate Requirement:
- Educational Background: Any bachelor's degree but a graduate of engineering field is a plus
- Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years of sales experience preferably in the field of industrial industry.
- Strong working knowledge of the electronics, pneumatics and automation products
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with clients and presenting information.
- The ability to build rapport, address concerns, and provide excellent customer service.
- Understanding sales processes, techniques, and strategies.
- The ability to identify and address issues and concerns.
- Ability to negotiate contracts and close deals.
- The ability to overcome challenges and achieve sales goals.
- Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records
- Can create his/her own marketing plan and materials
