Role & Responsibility:

  • Responsible for promoting, selling, and securing orders to Airlines, 3rd party MRO's and defense MRO understanding their needs and focuses on identifying existing requirements, new spec ins and competition conversions of the brands have distributorship/s.
  • Plans, markets and develops new account and meet sales target. Develop a thorough understanding of the office products you're selling, including features, benefits, and applications.
  • Constantly engages with brands and vendors to set marketing and sales plans
  • Conducts on-site visit to promote the cleanroom solution of the company
  • Qualifies existing and prospective clients, set appointments, conduct effective cold and sales calls, constant following up on leads and manages the sales cycle to closure.
  • Manages the end-to-end sales process for B2B customers.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and repeat business.
  • Provides weekly report to the management

Candidate Requirement:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor in Aeronautical Engineering or any related field.
  • The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years experience working with airline or 3rd party MRO in their maintenance of structural/exterior segment, Interior/cabin segment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with clients and presenting information.
  • The ability to build rapport, address concerns, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Understanding sales processes, techniques, and strategies.
  • The ability to identify and address issues and concerns.
  • Ability to negotiate contracts and close deals.
  • The ability to overcome challenges and achieve sales goals.
  • Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records
  • Can create his/her own marketing plan and materials
  • Knowledgeable in AS 9100 is a plus
