Job Title: Sales Coordinator – Food & Beverage

Location: Clark Freeport Zone

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in the Food & Beverage industry. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and have excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing sales reports, quotations, and presentations
  • Manage client inquiries and order processing
  • Maintain and update CRM and client databases
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and product launches
  • Monitor stock levels and liaise with inventory team
  • Prepare sales reports and track performance

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of sales coordination experience (F&B industry preferred)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to work independently and in a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php14, Php16,000.00 per month
