About the Role

The Project Sales Specialist is responsible for the achievement of sales target through effective professional sales techniques gearing towards long-term customer relationships. Work on developing partnership / teaming with top construction company.

Responsibilities

  • 100% achievement of monthly & annual sales target
  • Ensures achievement of collection targets in compliance with credit and collection policies
  • Develops & maintains long-term relationships with key decision makers to influence purchases based on NELTEX product advantages and not to focus on price-driven approaches

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree Graduate of any BS Engineering, Management or Marketing
  • At least three (3) to five (5) years selling experience in the Construction Industry, with previous handling of developers & contractors
  • Must have a portfolio of known key accounts & contact persons

Required Skills

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the construction industry
