Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Metro Manila for a Property Specialist. The Property Specialist will be responsible for promoting and marketing real estate products, engaging with potential clients, providing customer service, and supporting sales activities. Day-to-day tasks include reaching out to potential buyers, conducting property tours, attending events, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Commercial and Residential Real Estate
  • Proven Sales skills and ability to achieve sales targets
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market in Metro Manila
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus
