Marketing/Creative Coordinator to manage the workflow of our web, print, and digital projects. This role acts as the central point of contact for various creative requests across digital, print, and video for both local (Singapore) and regional (SEA) work for IHH Singapore, working closely with our creatives to fulfill the needs of the various IHH Singapore Brand Teams.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Act as the central point of contact for creative requests.
  • Coordinate and review creative requests and schedules.
  • Upload of creative outputs to GoVisually and other review tools for approvals.
  • Assist with asset uploads, metadata and descriptors.
  • Work closely with Digital Content Administrator for translated work
  • Monthly review of the number of requests, and output to maintain a check on workload and workflows
  • Work closely with the creative team
  • Reviews and Quality Control checks of creative output from the team.

Skills & Experience Needed:

  • Diploma or bachelor's degree in Communications, Multimedia Arts, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience working with Creatives as an administrator, account or project executive.
  • Candidate should demonstrate strong command of written and spoken English.
  • Understands basic creative workflow
  • Project Management skills are a plus
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing agencies or a similar role.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO practices and web analytics tools.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and solution-focused.
  • Ability to work efficiently and drive process improvements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, and basic understanding of AI tools

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: Php30, Php38,000.00 per month
