About the Role

We're looking for an Operational Process & Policies Management OJT who's bursting with ideas, curious about design and storytelling, and eager to bring fresh perspectives to our creative projects. You'll work closely with our creative teams to produce engaging visual and digital content that strengthens our brand and connects with our audience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and designing materials (e.g., posters, social media graphics, videos, presentations).
  • Support the creative team in conceptualizing campaigns, layouts, and content ideas.
  • Collaborate with writers, designers, and marketing staff to execute creative concepts.
  • Help manage and organize creative assets and brand materials.
  • Contribute ideas for social media, events, and branding initiatives.
  • Stay up to date on design trends, pop culture, and digital innovations.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Multimedia Arts, Advertising, Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • Basic skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, or After Effects) or similar tools.
  • Strong eye for layout, color, and typography.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and a passion for visual storytelling.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
  • A portfolio (school projects or personal works) is a plus
