Schedule: Hybrid Work Arrangement, Monday to Friday, 9AM to 6PM

Location: Ugong, Pasig

As a Senior Creative Writer, You'll Do

  • Leads the development of original, creative, and strategic content, including but not limited to:

  • Comprehensive concept papers, creative decks, and key messaging frameworks

  • Scripts, AVP content, taglines, headlines, and playback requirements

  • Proofreading and editing to maintain brand tone, clarity, and consistency

  • Partners with the design team to ensure alignment of copy and visual elements

  • Collaborates with Accounts, Business Development, and Project Execution teams in campaign development, content strategy, and delivery

  • Mentors junior writers, providing feedback and guidance to support their creative growth

  • Acts as a representative of the creative team in client meetings and presentations, managing expectations and presenting content clearly and confidently

  • Ensures compliance with internal Job Order documentation and creative process policies

  • Confidently presents decks during pitches and competitive bids in line with PD's storytelling standards

  • Provides on-ground content or production support as necessary

  • Continuously researches content trends, tone, formats, and best practices in marketing, branding, and communications

  • Takes on additional responsibilities as delegated by senior creative leadership

What We're Looking For

  • Graduate of Communication, Journalism, Marketing, Advertising, Media Studies, Creative Writing, Literature, or any related course.
  • At least 1 year and above of experience in any of the following companies: Events & BTL Agency, Brand and Corporate Marketing, or Creatives and Production Agency.
  • Has experience working or writing for a Nutrition Company or any Continous Medical Education accounts or brands.
  • Has handled big brand and/or brands under Multinational Companies.
  • Able to communicate effectively with both team members and clients.
  • Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
