And because Proview Global cares, we are offering a hybrid work arrangement The company will also be providing the PC and equipment needed. The successful candidate will be reporting onsite at least twice a month for team and/or company-required meetings and trainings. With this, the following requirements will be required prior the on-boarding:

• Minimum of 25mbps internet speed (actual bandwidth via speed test) *higher than 25mbps would be required if there will be other people in the household who would be either working from home or heavily using the internet during your shift
• Dedicated space or room with good ventilation for the PC set-up.
• Table that can fit a laptop and a 24-inch monitor, ideally positioned close to the outlet and internet modem
• Work from home location is within NCR.

General Objective:

As a Marketing Creative Coordinator, you'll spearhead and execute our team's marketing initiatives, helping shape the organization's voice and presence. You'll manage a mix of internal and client-facing projects, collaborating closely with project managers, HR, and business development.

What You Will Do:

Branding & Content

• Write clear, compelling content for the website, social media, and marketing materials.
• Develop branded templates, presentations, and proposals aligned with organization's identity.
• Create blog posts, culture highlights, and thought-leadership content to showcase our expertise.

Campaigns & Social Media

• Support and execute outreach campaigns across email and social channels to boost visibility and generate leads.
• Plan, design, and post creative content for LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Track engagement metrics and deliver performance reports with actionable insights.

CRM & Internal Communications

• Maintain and update CRM systems and internal intranet tools.
• Support HR with onboarding decks, internal newsletters, and culture initiatives.
• Help build employee engagement through creative storytelling and recognition campaigns.

Client Marketing Support (as needed)

• Create pitch decks, proposals, and campaign reports for clients.
• Manage social media strategies, KPIs, and community engagement for client accounts.
• Implement SEO and AI tools to optimize performance and visibility.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in marketing, sales, creative journalism, media coordination, or related fields.
• Proficient in: Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Canva, MS 365, and Google Workspace.
• Excellent English communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Preferably with experience in space planning for modular furniture, as well as hands-on involvement in social media management, content creation, and engagement analysis.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce is also highly valued.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php35,000.00 per month
