Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly creative - Creative Marketing and Graphic Design Associate to join our team. This role blends marketing strategy, social media management, e-commerce marketing, and graphic design to drive brand awareness, meet sales targets, and support overall marketing goals. The ideal candidate will have strong design skills, sales experience, and a proven ability to execute marketing campaigns that convert.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Business.
  • At least 2 years of work experience in the same field.
  • Preferably with experience in the same industry.
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and video editing software.
  • Creative with strong visual and conceptual skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledgeable in SEO, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Social Media Marketing, Facebook Community Management, and copywriting.
  • Experienced in e-commerce marketing for platforms such as Shopify, TikTok, Lazada, and Shopee.
  • Lives in or near Pasig City.
  • Preferably has prior experience as a sales agent for a corporate giveaways company or in sourcing corporate giveaways accounts.
  • Willing to present sales performance record upon application.

Key Responsibilities:Marketing & Branding

  • Develop and execute marketing communications and branding strategies.
  • Implement campaigns to achieve monthly sales targets.

Digital Marketing

  • Manage online advertising campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, SEO).
  • Handle online social media management, community engagement, and content creation.
  • Coordinate influencer marketing and PR activities.
  • Maintain and utilize CRM systems effectively.

B2B & Sales-Oriented Marketing

  • Conduct B2B marketing and outreach for corporate giveaways accounts.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing campaigns with revenue goals.

E-commerce Marketing

  • Manage marketing for online platforms (Shopify, TikTok, Lazada, Shopee, etc.).
  • Optimize product listings, promotions, and ad campaigns to drive sales.

Team & Project Management

  • Supervise marketing interns and provide guidance on projects.

Graphic Design & Production

  • Design and produce marketing materials such as ads, brochures, banners, and social media graphics.

  • Hybrid work arrangement: May work from home or report to the office as required.
