We're looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Sales and Operations Generalist to support our Operations Director. This dynamic, entry-level role is perfect for someone eager to learn, take initiative, and grow across both sales and operations.

Your day-to-day will mix structure and creativity — reviewing sales calls, turning insights into clear proposals, keeping our CRM organized, and coordinating next steps with potential clients. If you thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment where no two days look the same, we'd love to meet you.

Tasks:

Sales & Operations

  • Review sales calls and translate key points into client proposals
  • Draft and format proposals, contracts, and statements of work (SOWs)
  • Maintain CRM data and manage follow-ups with leads
  • Schedule calls and assist in coordinating sales projects
  • Support documentation and refinement of internal processes

Outbound Support

  • Assist in planning and executing outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Build and maintain lead lists and track campaign results
  • Collaborate across teams to streamline workflows

  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Are fluent in English and comfortable collaborating across time zones
  • Are organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Learn quickly and pick up tools like Google Workspace, Notion, and CRMs
  • Can work 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time (PT)
  • (Nice to have) Have prior experience in sales, operations, or administrative support
  • (Nice to have) Are familiar with CRM tools (e.g., ClickUp, Trello) or outbound campaigns
